The Club Coach Mentor Program 

A program to engage ALL your coaches in coach development programs for the 2026 season!

This option is a cost effective coach mentoring program for clubs and schools.

It includes:

4 pre-season  seminars held remotely (online) with all your coaches

Full access to the biggest coaching resource in the sport, rugbyleaguecoach.com.au for all your coaches for the 2026 season, giving them a ton of coaching resources  

‘Check-in’ seminars held remotely throughout the season

In-season, any ‘check-in’ zoom will be at times to be mutually agreed

All seminars hosted by Lee Addison, internationally recognised Rugby League coach, author and coach educator.

Clubs, schools, and organisations can secure a seminar to gain access to modern coaching methods, player development strategies, and practical insights tailored to all levels of the game.

The seminar host has coached at 2 x NRL clubs, 2 x World Cups and 3 x Elite High Schools.  He has developed over 60 NRL and Super League players, many of which have gone on to Origin or International honours.

Clubs / Schools

Clubs / schools also have the option of booking these events to be hosted at their venue. Clubs / schools anywhere can book this as an event by calling Lee on +61 431 529 202 or emailing admin@rugbyleaguecoach.com.au.
